Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Vermont physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings is required. Must be able to start quickly and be comfortable treating typical SNF caseloads.
• Ability to split time between two local skilled nursing locations and adapt to multiple site workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience is preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records used in outpatient and long-term care settings is preferred.

Assignment Details

• Position will split time between two Brattleboro, VT skilled nursing locations.
• Must have SNF experience and be able to integrate into existing care teams promptly.
• Pay is based on 36 hours.
