Receptionist

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to manage front-desk responsibilities and provide administrative support to our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and lasting impression of the company. This role also involves supporting the sales department with scheduling, communication, and basic administrative tasks. Qualifications for this position include:

• High school diploma or GED, one or more years of experience or training, or equivalent education and experience. Associates degree is preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
• Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports or for input into spreadsheets, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work.
• Must have good command of the English language - oral and written.
