Dental Front Desk Receptionist – Private Dental Office
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-service-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our private dental office!
Our office sees both pediatric and adult patients , and we are looking for someone who enjoys working with patients and being part of a positive team environment.
What we’re looking for:
Great customer service and communication skills
Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality
Reliable and organized
Comfortable answering phones and assisting patients
Able to multitask in a busy dental office
Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin is a plus
Dental/front desk experience is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right person
The ideal candidate is someone who is patient, dependable, willing to learn, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
Position: Dental Front Desk Receptionist
Experience: Preferred, but not required
Languages: Mandarin or Spanish-speaking is a plus
Office: Private dental practice serving children and adults
