Title: Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) – Thriving Private -Hybrid Office & Telehealth

The role:
We are seeking a fully licensed therapist (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) to join our group, building a caseload in a supportive, collaborative private practice setting. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to see clients both via telehealth and in our Corvallis office. You'll have the autonomy to set your own schedule while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children, teens, individuals, couples, and families. You will work with a diverse client population using a variety of modalities, including [e.g., EFT, CBT, Narrative Therapy], with the flexibility to develop and grow your preferred areas of clinical focus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to a self-managed caseload, via telehealth and/or in-office sessions.
• Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including licensed supervisors to coordinate client care as needed.
• Maintain your own licensure, malpractice insurance, and continuing education requirements as an independent contractor.

Qualifications:

• Active, fully independent license in the state of Oregon: LMFT, LCSW, or LPC, in good standing with the applicable licensing board.
• A strong passion for systems-informed, relational care.
• Experience or strong interest in working with children, teens, individuals, couples, and families.
• Comfortable and reliable delivering care via telehealth platforms.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and all other required checks.
