Summary DLA Piper is seeking a Senior Attorney to join our Litigation group, Business and Commercial subgroup. This position is open to our Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, DC, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Raleigh, Short Hills, and Wilmington offices. Bar Admission Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying Experience Minimum of6 years’ experiencein M&A post-closing indemnity disputes and/or representations and warranty insurance disputes. Physical Demands Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Pay Transparency The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is $275,000- $425,000per year depending on the candidate’s geographic market location. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
