Hospital Cook

Job Description Indrotec Staffing and Workforce Management is currently seeking a cook for the Hennepin County Medical Center in downtown Minneapolis.
This is a part-time position. Days during the week do vary but would require ability to work every other weekend. Qualified candidates will be responsible for cooking large-batch meals from scratch using raw ingredients. Duties and Responsibilities- Cooking of meals from scratch (including raw meats) by following large-batch recipes
- Ability to take temperatures and record them as food is being produced
- Clean and sanitize station and food liners according to Food and Drug Administration guidelines
- ServSafe Certified or the willingness to get certified
- Experience cooking in hospital setting
- Experience cooking in large quantities for large groups
- ServSafe Certification
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Culinary Arts degree or certification
- Records of required immunizations (once hired)
- Full Time 10:30am-7pm
- Days during the week may vary but does require every other weekend
- $22.75/hour
