Pay Range: $72,000 – $120,000+ / year (Base + Uncapped Commission)

• High Earning Potential: Expect to earn between $72,000 and $120,000+ per year , directly tied to your drive and performance.
• 100% Paid Licensing & Training: Don't have your insurance license yet? We will cover 100% of the cost for your licensing study materials and exam fees.
• Prime Office Locations: Work out of our modern offices in Summerville (Nexton) or North Charleston (Park Circle)—with a third support hub in Mount Pleasant.
• Work-Life Balance: Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexible scheduling options (as long as 40 hours/week are met).
• Paid Time Off: 10 days of paid vacation per year PLUS all major Federal Holidays off.

What You’ll Do

• Follow up on high-converting warm leads to build customized insurance quotes across personal and commercial lines (Home, Auto, Business, and more).
• Conduct consultative sales conversations to educate clients on coverage options using our top-tier network of carrier partners.
• Cross-sell additional policies to maximize client protection and boost your personal commission checks.
• Build strong, lasting relationships within the local Lowcountry community.

Who We Are Looking For

• Motivated & Goal-Oriented: You take ownership of your earning potential and thrive in an environment where hard work directly translates to a higher paycheck.
• Licensed or Ready to Learn: An active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is preferred, OR a strong desire to get licensed quickly with our full financial backing.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of building trust over the phone and in person.
• Dependable: Self-starter who can manage their day effectively within a flexible 40-hour work week.
