Retail Store Manager

Now Hiring: Store Manager for a Pet Supplies and Grooming store in Easton, PA 18040* We’re looking for an experienced, people-focused Store Manager to lead a retail team that’s passionate about helping customers find the right pet care solutions. If you're energized by coaching others, solving problems on the spot, and building real relationships with your customers and your team, you might be exactly who we're looking for. *Up to 3 months of training will occur in Allentown, PA, 18109 What You'll Do: Lead by example on the sales floor, actively engaging with customers and guiding team interactions Coach and develop a team of part-time and full-time associates Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction through training, merchandising, and thoughtful decision-making Oversee inventory and merchandise presentation Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization Handle scheduling, store operations, and communication with leadership Foster a culture of curiosity, kindness, and problem-solving What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of retail leadership experience, ideally in a specialty store environment Strong leadership and interpersonal skills A passion for hands-on customer service Comfort learning and sharing knowledge about pet food, and pet care Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active on the sales floor Strong organizational and time management skills Must be able to work at any time that the store may be operating (e.g. no schedule restrictions M-F 8am-8:30pm, Sat & Sun 9:30am-6:30pm) Why You’ll Love Leading Here: Competitive pay based on experience Employee discounts on merchandise Health & dental benefits 401k with company match Paid time off & select paid holidays Supportive leadership and opportunities to grow with the company A tight-knit team and loyal customer base #J-18808-Ljbffr Chaar Holdings, LLC
