Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a 431-unit residential community in Stamford, CT. You will oversee daily repairs, manage unit turnover, supervise in-house and vendor work, and ensure safety and OSHA compliance. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of maintenance leadership in apartment communities, EPA 608 license, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with Yardi software.
