To support members through efficient and compassionate service, the Healthcare Call Center Representative will manage inbound calls regarding benefits and account needs, transitioning to a remote work environment after initial onsite training in the Greater Philadelphia area. Key responsibilities Manage a steady volume of inbound calls, assisting members with benefit inquiries and account needs Resolve concerns by gathering information and documenting interactions to provide accurate solutions Identify complex situations and coordinate escalations while maintaining adherence to schedules and productivity expectations Required qualifications Previous experience in a call center or customer service setting, preferably with healthcare or medical claims exposure Strong technical aptitude with the ability to navigate multiple systems during calls Ability to work independently in a quiet, HIPAA compliant home environment with reliable internet access Coachable and comfortable in a fast-paced phone-based role, with openness to feedback Effective communication skills combined with patience and a service-oriented mindset
