Location: Stafford, TX Pay Rate: $30$34/hour, DOE Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM Assignment: 3-month temporary assignment with potential to become permanent for the right candidate

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Service Contracts Administrator to support Sales, Customers, and Service teams with service agreement proposals, order processing, renewals, invoicing, and customer account support. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry and administrative experience, along with a background in contract administration, timesheet management, ERP systems, and Salesforce. This is a great opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and manage proposals for Systems and Reliability Service Agreements.
• Coordinate with customers, Sales, Field Service Coordinators, and Service leadership.
• Process service agreements, orders, pricing, invoicing, and revenue recognition through ERP systems.
• Maintain service agreement and renewal information in Salesforce.
• Manage Guardian and Product Support subscriptions, including quotations, order processing, invoicing, records, and enrollment tracking.
• Communicate with customers, Account Managers, and internal teams regarding service agreements and subscriptions.
• Support accounts receivable efforts and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
• Perform quote and order entry for service agreements and related services.
• Enter timesheets and assist with invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and forecasts.
• Track performance metrics and maintain KPIs related to service agreement customers.
• Assist with customer inquiries and other administrative duties as needed.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Background in data entry, contract administration, timesheet management, and ERP systems.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Experience with Oracle or SAP preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office/computer skills.
• Knowledge of service-related contracts and performance tracking metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology and 5+ years of experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong time management, accountability, and follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
