What You’ll Do As a Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of your store—leading, inspiring, and driving results every day. Drive Sales & Growth: Lead your store to achieve and exceed sales and profitability goals. Analyze performance reports and develop action plans to boost results. Build & Inspire Teams: Recruit, hire, train, and coach a high-performing team. Create a culture of positivity, accountability, and growth. Recognize and develop future leaders within Coastal Edge. Deliver World-Class Experiences: Ensure every customer leaves inspired, engaged, and loyal. Foster an authentic surf/skate atmosphere that reflects our brand. Partner with the community to grow awareness and drive traffic. Own Operations: Manage payroll, staffing, and scheduling efficiently. Ensure compliance with all policies, audits, and loss prevention. Keep your store safe, clean, organized, and ready to perform. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of management experience in retail or a fast-paced environment. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication, leadership, and people-development skills. High energy, passion for action sports, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Flexible availability (including nights, weekends, and holidays). Must be 18 years of age or older.
