What You'll Do As our Senior Commercial Projects Sales Executive, you'll identify, develop, and manage large commercial opportunities from concept through completion. Your responsibilities will include: Developing relationships with General Contractors, Architects, Developers, Foodservice Consultants, and Engineers. Pursuing commercial construction, renovation, healthcare, education, hospitality, government, and institutional projects. Meeting with project stakeholders early in the design process. Reviewing project plans and specifications. Coordinating with our design, purchasing, project management, and operations teams. Managing multiple opportunities through long sales cycles. Becoming a trusted resource for customers planning significant capital investments. The Ideal Candidate You enjoy building relationships long before a project reaches the bidding stage. You are naturally curious, organized, and persistent. You understand that major projects require patience, strategic thinking, and consistent follow‑up.
