About the Role Our client is looking for a proactive and organized Catering Operations Assistant to support their event management team in East London . This role is integral to the smooth running of daily operations, assisting with logistics, inventory management, and supplier coordination. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing inventory levels for food, beverages, and catering equipment. Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of goods and services. Prepare necessary documentation for events, such as packing lists and supplier orders. Provide general administrative support to the catering operations team. Requirements Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably in hospitality or catering. Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
