Job Title: Jr. Engineer Inventory & Manufacturing

We are seeking a Jr. Engineer with a background in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field to support maintenance inventory and shopfloor inventory management activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience with physical inventory verification, stock tracking, ERP/CMMS systems, data entry, cycle counting, and workplace organization within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Perform physical stock verification of maintenance spare parts, tools, and consumables on the shop floor.
• Scan, label, and track inventory items using barcode scanners or inventory management systems.
• Accurately update inventory records in ERP, CMMS, or inventory databases.
• Organize maintenance inventory locations to improve accessibility, visibility, and inventory control.
• Identify discrepancies between physical inventory and system records and report findings.
• Support cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Assist maintenance and stores teams with locating and issuing spare parts and materials.
• Ensure proper storage, tagging, labeling, and categorization of maintenance inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory-related documentation and records.
• Follow safety, housekeeping, and 5S practices within maintenance and storage areas.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory accuracy, organization, and material flow.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering , or a related field.
• Experience or exposure to inventory management, stock verification, manufacturing operations, or maintenance inventory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records.
• Ability to work effectively in a shopfloor/manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Maintenance spare parts / MRO inventory experience.
• ERP or CMMS experience.
• Barcode scanning and inventory tracking systems.
• Cycle counting and stock audits.
• Inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution.
• 5S and workplace organization.
• Experience in automotive, heavy equipment, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to maintenance stores or spare parts operations.
