1 DEFINITION:

Communicates with and assists food servers to maintain service efficiency and ensures guest satisfaction. Removes dirty dishes and utensils from tables between courses and clears tables after guests leave. Returns dirty dishes, utensils, and drink ware to dishwashing area. May assist wait staff with serving tables.


2 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

-Must possess excellent customer service skills including pleasant and friendly demeanor.

-Must be able to communicate and understand the primary language(s) of the work location and understand the primary language(s) of the guests who typically visit the work location.


- Must be able to work flexible hours; Monday through Sunday with an annual average of less than 30 hours per week.
-Must be 18 years of age


3 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION:

1. Graciously greets guests after they are seated in assigned area. May assist wait staff by serving water, non-alcoholic beverages and/or other items as requested.

2. Removes dirty dishes and utensils from guest tables between courses and after guests leave the table. Returns dirty dishes and utensils to dishwashing area, sorting items as necessary, and placing them in the prescribed area for proper disposition.
-Communicates with management regarding customer observations and/or criticisms about Fudpucker's products and services.

-Is knowledgeable about Fudpucker's history, menu offerings, specials, promotions, entertainment schedules, and other matters about which guests may inquire.

-Ensures that all guests are thanked for their business.
-Maintains assigned section and workspace in a clean, safe, and organized manner throughout and upon completion of the shift.
-Complies with all Fudpucker's policies and procedures as per the Employee Handbook.

-May assist others and perform other appropriate duties and routines as requested by the FOH Manager and/or other management personnel.

4 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:

1. Must be able to communicate and understand the primary language of the work location.

2. Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours in length, and to lift, bend and stoop.


3. Must have the ability to frequently lift and carry bus tubs, trays and other objects weighing 30 pounds or more.

Compensation: $10.98 per hour
