Data Analyst
Seattle, WA (Onsite – 4 days/week) Duration: Through September 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize SQL and Databricks for data extraction, transformation, and analysis within the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform
- Write and execute complex SQL queries leveraging Delta Lake and Databricks capabilities
- Import, ingest, and manage data within the Databricks Lakehouse architecture
- Perform ad-hoc and exploratory data analysis using Databricks SQL and SQL Editor
- Develop dashboards using Databricks SQL; leverage Tableau for advanced visualization when required
- Manage data objects, including tables and views, within the Databricks environment
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, refinements) and contribute to design, estimation, and prioritization
- Conduct testing and validation of data products across different environments
- Collaborate with business users, product owners, and technical teams to clarify and refine requirements
- Create and maintain documentation, including data product designs, process flows, test cases, and business requirements
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL
- Experience working with Databricks and Delta Lake
- Data ingestion, transformation, and analysis expertise
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
