This person must be comfortable acting as a technical lead for our Expansion roadmap, customer experience and tech integration. We’re looking for people who innovate, and love solving hard problems! You will work hard, have fun, and of course, make history! Key job responsibilities Define the strategic vision and product roadmap for the expansion roadmap for Prime Air. Demonstrate deep technical expertise in customer experience workflows and leverage data-driven insights to influence priorities and strategy. Scope and manage large, complex technology initiatives, delivering critical solutions, significant improvements, or deprecating obsolete systems across multiple teams and platforms. Ensure the program meets challenging business goals and drives measurable improvements in efficiency or experience for customers, employees/engineers, or the business. Apply product management best practices to refine procedures and increase the productivity and effectiveness of cross-functional teams. Possess excellent business communication skills to present complex technical information to a wide range of stakeholders. Participate in hiring and mentor others to continuously improve their skills and ability to deliver results.
