Technical Business Analyst/Consultant

Salary: $70,000 - 85,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 5 to 7 years of proven background in business analysis, ETL/ELT design, or a comparable function.
• We need someone with demonstrated experience designing data workflows and pipelines.
• We are looking for strong expertise in data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or platform-native alternatives.
• We require a solid understanding of data modeling concepts and schema design.
• We prefer familiarity with scripting languages used for data processing, such as Python and SQL.
• We need strong knowledge of financial services payments, including SWIFT MX and ISO 20022.
• We require Microsoft SQL Server expertise.
• We are looking for candidates with client relationship experience.
• We require 2 years of customer service experience.
• We require 5 years of business analyst experience.

• We partner with client organization staff to understand their needs and document requirements to ensure alignment.
• We design scalable data mapping solutions for ETL and ELT processes to ingest, clean, and transform structured and unstructured data from multiple client intelligence sources into our product-specific data models.
• We develop and specify logical data models, schemas, and objects within the platform to support complex analytical requirements.
• We build, maintain, and improve dashboards, data visualizations, and tools that provide clear insight into the OE running estimate.
• We identify opportunities to enhance ETL processes through AI and machine learning models.
• We maintain the reliability and performance of data workflows and analytical tools, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to increase speed and stability.
• We collaborate closely with our end-users and data engineering team on client implementations of our software solutions.
• We document data transformations, structures, and mapping rules for implementation work.
