Precision Plate Saw Technician -- CNC Setup & Inspection

Be the precision behind every cut

Our client near Decatur, AL is growing—and you can grow with them. As a Precision Plate Saw Technician, you’ll ensure every plate is cut to spec, on schedule, and ready for fabrication and welding.

Your impact

Operate and set up cutting equipment; load metal sheets/plates efficiently and safely.
Program, calibrate, and verify settings (including speed and amperage) to meet job requirements.
Inspect output with calipers and tape measures; fine-tune for accuracy.
Complete routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Partner closely with fabrication and welding teams to maintain workflow.

Requirements

Ability to stand/walk a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong safety mindset and consistent PPE use.
High school diploma required.
Pass a measurement assessment.
Steel-toed boots.

Schedule & Pay

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
$18/hour + overtime potential
