Scientist/ Associate Scientist Method Development - LCMS

Celerion seeks an Associate Scientist or Scientist to develop and validate liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LCMS) methods for bioanalytical assays. The role involves method development, client consultation, troubleshooting, and team collaboration at the Lincoln, Nebraska facility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify sensitive, reliable LCMS methods for compound analysis in biological matrices
- Consult with clients to define method development and validation requirements
- Apply design of experiments and statistical approaches to optimize assay performance
- Troubleshoot assays and transfer validated methods to production and validation teams
- Mentor junior team members and communicate scientific findings to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or Biology
- 3–5+ years of industry experience in method development or bioanalytical chemistry
- Demonstrated expertise in LCMS assay development for biological samples
- Strong problem-solving and experimental design skills
- Experience in regulated GLP-compliant environments preferred
- Proficiency with chromatographic/MS-MS software and LIMS systems preferred
