In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig's parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family's beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.

Responsibilities:

• Create a positive and enthusiastic work environment
• Lead and motivate a dynamic team to provide outstanding customer service
• Ensure high-quality standards are met in food preparation and service
• Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling and inventory management

Qualifications:

• Highly skilled in team leadership and customer service
• 2+ years of restaurant leadership or management experience
• Talented in problem-solving and multitasking
• Motivated to drive results and exceed goals
• Dynamic communication and interpersonal skills
• ServSafe Certified or equivalent
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Passion for going the extra mile for the team
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable form of transportation
