What You'll Do:

• Prepare and serve nutritious meals following menus and dietary guidelines

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen

• Complete USDA paperwork and ensure food safety compliance

• Assist with catered events and youth engagement in meal prep

• Ability to have patience with you, maintain appropriate boundaries, and help them learn culinary skills.

Available Schedules

• Monday - Friday 11:00AM - 7:00PM with one night a month until 8:00PM.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Wage: $18 $20 per hour
• Weekend shift differentials
• Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance

What We're Looking For:

• Must be 21+ years old

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 2 years of related experience (commercial or large-scale cooking experience (preferred))

• Ability to follow recipes and maintain high sanitation standards

• Ability to remain calm, patient, and consistent under stress

• Ability to implement motivational systems positively

• Basic first aid knowledge; CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse populations

• Valid driver's license , good driving record, and current auto insurance

• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening

• Team-oriented attitude and passion for serving others
