Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: 1+ years License: Registered Nurse license in Tennessee required Certifications: BLS required (additional certifications may be required) Must-Have: Strong critical thinking skills, ability to work well with others Description: Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric patients. Ensure patient safety and comfort. Monitor and assess patient conditions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Participate in ongoing education and professional development. Handle common diagnoses such as pneumonia, stroke, chest pain, post-surgical care, electrolyte imbalances, and deep vein thrombosis. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including dress code. Team-oriented approach is essential for a family-like work environment.
