Luxury Retail Sales Associate - Miami, FL

Our client, a contemporary luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join its Miami location. This position is centered around delivering elevated, personalized service while developing long-term client relationships and driving store sales. The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury or premium retail, hands‑on clienteling experience, and the ability to create a polished and engaging shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive, personalized service and guide customers based on their individual style, needs, and occasions Build strong product knowledge to confidently recommend merchandise and support purchasing decisions Develop and maintain a personal client portfolio through consistent relationship building and follow‑up Conduct proactive client outreach via phone, text, email, and approved clienteling tools Keep clients informed of new arrivals, promotions, and loyalty opportunities Drive individual and store sales goals through thoughtful upselling and cross‑selling Maintain a polished, organized, and visually appealing sales floor Assist with receiving merchandise, replenishment, stock counts, and stockroom organization Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and tagged Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges through the POS system Collaborate with the broader store team and contribute to overall store performance Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience , ideally within a luxury or premium brand Proven clienteling experience, including developing a client portfolio, conducting proactive outreach, and generating repeat business Strong sales ability with experience engaging customers, recommending products, and closing sales Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Existing relationships within the Boca Raton/local community or an established client following is a plus Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment Experience with retail POS systems; Shopify experience is preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr Fourth Floor
