Compensation & Schedule Details

• Hours & Shift: 36 guaranteed hours per week (12-hour Nights, 1900–0730). Note: The position title lists days, but the shift profile and weekly guaranteed hours specify night shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM). No block schedules; 48 hours can be considered but is not guaranteed.
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (Target Start Date: September 21, 2026). Weekly orientation starts.
• Distance & Local Rate Rule: Strict 60-mile radius rule (candidates living within 60 miles must be 60+ miles away to qualify for travel pay).

Key Facility Policies & Floating Rules

• Floating Requirements: Required to float to Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ED hold areas (for patients awaiting admission) as needed.
• Unit Scope & Ratios: 30-bed IMC unit. Patient ratios are 1:3 or 1:4 . Charting via Medhost
• Patient Population: Adult and geriatric patients, including STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, COPD, Sepsis, CABG pod 2, acute respiratory failure, A-fib with RVR, and spinal procedures (ALIF, EXLIF).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience required, plus prior travel nursing experience
• Licensure: Active Arizona (AZ) RN license or multi-state compact RN license in hand.
