Financial Analyst

Role Summary This position is an onsite role based out of our Atlanta, GA office. The Financial Analyst will be involved in all facets of the deal from start to finish, focusing primarily on research and underwriting investment opportunities and playing an integral role in the due diligence team. The role is part of a collaborative environment with brokers, marketing, and project administrators. Responsibilities Analyze/underwrite financials and provide reports on a timely basis Produce underwriting for portfolio and individual retail assets, using Argus and/or Excel Pull rent and sale comparables Provide market analysis Assist with the due diligence process and verify findings Conduct tenant research and credit analysis Perform basic lease abstraction and manage 3rd party lease abstractors Maintain and produce quarterly and monthly reports Monitor upcoming tenant renewals throughout properties Draft initial proposals for prospective tenants Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, or mathematics (preferred) Advanced Microsoft applications experience (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ARGUS experience Experience with CoStar, Loopnet a plus Excellent financial analytical skills Excellent problem‑solving skills and results‑oriented attitude Ability to shift priorities and deliver projects on a timely basis Well organized with excellent time‑management skills Location & Application Atlanta, GA office.
