At Diesel Laptops, we pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment where every team member is valued and has the opportunity to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging accounts payable using accounting software and other programsHandling accounts payable for separate entities and vendorsAnalyzing workflow processesEstablishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendorsEnsuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental proceduresProcessing due invoices for paymentsComparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other chargesProcessing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accountsPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of accounts payableKnowledge of office administration and proceduresKnowledge of general bookkeeping proceduresKnowledge of general accounting principalsProficient in relevant computer software (QuickBooks Online)Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements1-3 years accounts payable and general accounting experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Diesel Laptops Llc
