M&M Recycling M&M Recycling is looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our Locust Grove team. This position plays a key role in maintaining and repairing heavy industrial equipment used in our scrap metal operations. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and experienced working with large machinery in an industrial yard setting. Responsibilities Perform welding, fabrication, and repair work on dumpsters, fabricating totes, and heavy equipment such as shredders, cranes, shear cranes, balers, and excavators. Hard facing of rotor on shredder.
