Cardiothoracic Surgeon Opportunity

A growing and financially stable healthcare system is seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon to lead its established Cardiothoracic Surgery Program at a Level Two trauma facility in DuBois, PA.

Practice Details:

• Lead and expand an established cardiothoracic surgery program with full institutional support
• Ideal candidate has post-fellowship experience with 57 years in adult cardiac and thoracic surgery
• Collaborate with medical staff to educate and advance current and emerging cardiothoracic procedures
• 2 Cardiac ORs, 9 General ORs
• 3 Cardiac Cath Labs, 1 Hybrid OR
• 2 additional campuses within the system equipped with cath labs
• 24/7 Dedicated Cardiac Anesthesia Team
• 12-Bed CVICU
• On-site Cardiac Rehabilitation Unit

Compensation & Benefits:

• $975,000 base compensation, guaranteed for two years
• Up to $50,000 annual quality incentive
• $50,000 sign-on bonus (forgiven over three years)
