Must Haves:
- 2-5+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or SAP-related environments.
- Experience with SAP ERP/S4HANA or similar MRP systems.
- Understanding of inventory, material planning (MRP), and supply chain fundamentals.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, testing, or UAT activities.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally with operations and technical teams.
Plusses:
- Experience with MDM, BOMs, inventory management, or change management.
- SAP launch or ERP implementation experience.
- Production control, capacity planning, material flow, or forecasting experience.
- Warehouse, MRO, raw materials, or batch management experience.
- Exposure to EWM, MES, WMS, or supplier integrations.
- Automotive manufacturing experience.
Team Structure:
- Supports Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, and IT organizations
- Works alongside the Senior SAP MP&L Launch Engineer and larger SAP launch team
- Supports testing, launch readiness, cutover, and hypercare activities
Job Description:
Insight Global is seeking four SAP MP&L Launch Engineers to support a major SAP S/4HANA implementation currently in the Explore Phase. These individuals will focus on material planning, production control, inventory management, master data validation, and launch readiness activities across a large manufacturing operation. Daily responsibilities will include supporting MRP execution, material follow-up and fulfillment, UAT and SIT testing, inventory validation, master data governance, and interim process management while future-state SAP functionality is deployed. Candidates with strong manufacturing, supply chain, production control, inventory management, or logistics backgrounds who have exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems are encouraged to apply. These individuals will play a critical role in ensuring successful launch execution and long-term operational readiness.
