Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Clinton, IL. Location: Clinton CUSD in Illinois. Schedule: In-person 10 hours per week, with the potential to increase as needed. Start Date: 2026-2027 School Year. Payment: Negotiable based on experience/certification(s). Overview The BCBA will provide as-needed services, including observations, direct and indirect support, coordination of care, parent/staff training, and participation in meetings (e.g., IEPs, BSP creation). Responsibilities include creation of program materials, assessments, treatment planning, data collection, and related activities. Responsibilities Write assessment reports based on initial assessments with behavior support recommendations. Collaborate with school teams and families to develop behavior support strategies. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans. Develop data collection forms and train staff in the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans and recommended strategies. Provide staff training on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) topics and monitor ABA procedures. Participate in regularly scheduled Multi-Disciplinary Team Meetings and initial student interviews/assessments. Assess and monitor student progress; provide ongoing support one-on-one or in small groups across one or more schools. Review skill acquisition and behavior data regularly; modify Behavior Intervention Plans and skill programs as needed. Coordinate with the Special Education Coordinator and central office personnel. Assist with development of materials for behavior support and skill training. Support school teams at IEP meetings to review progress, data, and develop IEP goals. Demonstrate effective communication with a variety of team members. Supervise BCaBAs and RBTs when applicable and ensure compliance with all BACB rules and regulations. Maintain HIPAA privacy and data security standards. Provide experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder across ages. Maintain reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; ability to work in the US. Ability to relocate or travel to the office location (in-person required). Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BACB) certification. Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field. Current 8-hour supervision certificate with experience supervising RBTs and conducting behavior skills training. Licensure details as required. Proven experience with children on the autism spectrum and related developmental disabilities.
