Senior Operations Manager — Heavy Civil Construction

Construction Demathieu Bard (CDB) inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee field operations in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia. You will hire project staff, manage training and performance programs, and lead teams to ensure on-time, within-budget execution of major infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Director of Construction, you will implement best practices, optimize processes, and drive recruitment and development across project sites in the DMV region. #J-18808-Ljbffr Construction Demathieu & Bard (CDB) inc.
