This position is paid an hourly rate for all hours worked plus an activity-based bonus payment. The activity-based bonus payment is the sum of your eligible activity pay less your base hourly earnings for the week. Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $78,000 .

• $18 per hour
• Holiday pay per day: $230 per day
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time

• Daily tenure rate*: $3 - $36 per day after one year of service
• Cent per mile rate: $0.52
• Detention pay: $20-$24 per hour
• Drop and hook pay: $41per stop
• Live load/unload per stop: $55 per stop

• New hire training pay: $20 per hour

• Crosstown: $15 per move
• Refrigerated load: $30 per load
• Driver assist per load: $10 per event

• Mechanical breakdown per hour: $20 per hour
• Refused delivery per stop: $41
• Truck order not used: $15 per event
• Yard work: $20 per hour
• Safety training: $20 per hour
• Waiting on Power Unit: $20 per hour
• Mandatory meetings: $21 per hour
• Compliance: $21 per hour
• Minimum full day pay: $250 per day
• Daily home time
