Lake Ridge Care Center, a Cassia senior community, is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) to join our team! As a Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) at Lake Ridge Care Center, you'll provide nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident health as well as monitor nursing personnel during assigned shift. The ideal candidate is a skilled and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to enhancing the lives of older adults. Wage Range: RN: $35.25 - $41.93 / hour depending on experience LPN: $29.25 - $36.54 / hour depending on experience Location: 310 Lake Blvd S, Buffalo, MN 55313

Nurse Responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Nurse Qualifications:

• Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have current MN Nursing license.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
