Associate, Youth Football (Part Time, June 2026 Start) Position: Associate, Youth Football – Part Time/Non-Exempt (June 2026 Start). Location: Arizona Cardinals (Tempe, AZ). Reports To: Manager, Youth Football. Format: In-person. Schedule: 20‑40 hours per month. Youth camps Tuesday/Thursday 7 am–12 pm and 5 pm–8 pm. Training Camp Monday‑Friday 12 pm–5 pm. Home games Sundays at State Farm Stadium. Additional events announced 2 weeks in advance. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship is available. Primary Job Duties Assist with the execution of Youth and High School activations. Assist with home game activations such as kids zone and flag football campus fields. Ensure activation areas are set up and torn down in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or working toward completion of a degree or equivalent experience. Experience: At least one (1) year in the sports industry preferred. Experience in event operations. Previous experience engaging with youth and high school football organizations, particularly coaches, preferred. Excellent time‑management and organizational skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual (Spanish), preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of personnel. Maintains high confidentiality and sensitivity with professional athletes. Exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary. Must complete pre‑employment forms and pass background check.
