Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative at Springfield Plastics, Inc., you will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, taking order placements and resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Job Responsibilities Include: Communicate through email, phone and in person Answer phones and route calls on a multi-line phone system. Ensure excellent service standards. Utilize software to process orders and shipping paperwork.
