Senior Property Accountant

Summary: We’re partnering with a growing real estate organization to add a Senior Property Accountant to their team. Why this role stands out: Hybrid flexibility – 2 days remote each week High visibility – direct impact on property performance and financial decision-making Collaborative team environment Opportunity to work across a multi-property portfolio with strong leadership support What you’ll be doing: Own the preparation and review of monthly property financials across multiple assets Perform and manage CAM reconciliations, ensuring accurate expense allocations Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance Handle accruals and journal entries to maintain clean and timely close processes Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to leadership Assist with budgeting and forecasting efforts Interpret lease terms to ensure proper financial reporting What we’re looking for: 3+ years of property accounting experience Experience with CAM reconciliations and commercial property accounting Bachelor's in accounting or finance Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills Benefits and Compensation: Salary range is noted in this posting.
