Retail Inventory Associate - Driver

Overview Retail Inventory Associate - Driver Starting Wage: $18.50 - $20.50 The more you are available, the more you can earn! Responsibilities Safety First - Drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events in a timely manner, adhering to traffic laws and driver safety requirements, and performing vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning. Count and record inventory with precision; accuracy matters. Follow a clear, consistent workflow to support the operations. Move between inventory locations, often standing for extended periods. Meet daily performance goals and participate in productivity-based wage increases. Uphold core values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation and Teamwork in a positive, safe and inclusive environment. Assist with inventory-related processes and support where needed. Qualifications and Requirements Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months. Minimum age: 21 years old to be a qualified van driver; 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs. Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work is preferred. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts; comfortable learning handheld scanners or counting tools. Strong focus and attention to detail; reliable attendance and consistency; positive, team-oriented attitude. Access to reliable transportation. Willingness to submit to pre-employment checks (including MVR) and flexible schedules. Additional Role Details Opportunities for paid travel and occasional overnight stays. Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, frequent use of hands and wrists, occasional squatting/kneeling/crouching, use of ladders, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
