Position Summary The Director of FP&A will lead the company’s financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis processes. This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive data-driven decision‑making, improve financial performance, and support long‑term growth initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in a manufacturing environment, with deep understanding of cost structures, operations, and supply chain dynamics. Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range financial planning Provide actionable insights and financial analysis to support executive decision‑making Partner with operations, supply chain, and plant leadership to analyze performance and identify cost‑saving opportunities Develop and maintain financial models related to production, inventory, pricing, and capital investments Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including margin analysis, cost of goods sold (COGS), and operational efficiency metrics Drive variance analysis and clearly communicate financial results vs. plan Support capital allocation decisions, including ROI analysis for manufacturing investments and projects Enhance financial reporting processes, tools, and systems to improve accuracy and efficiency Lead and develop the FP&A team, fostering a high-performance culture Collaborate cross‑functionally with accounting, operations, and commercial teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
