Sport Shop Valley Supervisor
The Sport shop is the place for you to share your product knowledge and love for skiing and snowboarding. Your expertise can be the key for selling fun every day of the ski season at Loveland!
Supervisors are responsible for the oversight of daily operations, sales associates and ski techs in the sport shops. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities.
Essential Functions:
- Supervising sales associates and ski techs of all daily responsibilities.
- Excellent customer service.
- Cash handling, auditing, reporting, transferring merchandise, inventory.
- Stocking, folding, merchandising sales floor and back stock areas.
- Reports to management and buyers on product inventory levels.
- Cleans shelves, counters, and helps maintain cleanliness of the entire store.
- Snow removal around exterior of the store
Requirements:
- Past retail or customer service experience is required.
- A passion for skiing or snowboarding.
- Previous cash handling experience required.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. up a flight of stairs at altitude.
