Van Transportation Driver- MUST HAVE CDL

As a Van Transportation Driver at Silvis Center Rehab and Care, you will play a vital role in our commitment to providing exceptional transportation services to our patients. With a focus on safety, efficiency, and compassion, you will ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care and support as they travel to and from their appointments.
Responsibilities:
Safely transport patients to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, and other off-site activities
Maintain accurate records of patient transportation routes, schedules, and any issues that arise during transportation
Develop positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and coordination
Collaborate with healthcare team members to identify and address any transportation-related concerns or issues
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry regulations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment and supplies as needed
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
