Responsibilities- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Accurately manage reservations and maintain front desk operations using hotel management software.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and facilities meet high standards.
- Process payments and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, promoting a positive first impression.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with standard computer applications and hotel software is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Competitive hourly wage of $13.00 - $15.00, paid bi-weekly.
