Job Details Location: 18965 Bear Valley Rd - Apple Valley, CA 92308 Salary Range: $22.10 - $25.75 hourly Benefits Competitive salary Monthly bonuses Comprehensive benefits program, including a guaranteed match to your 401(k) contribution Responsibilities DepartmentManager – oversees the overall operation of the restaurant on a shift‑by‑shift basis and assists the General Manager in managing the end‑to‑end restaurant business. Heart of House (HOH) Department Manager – responsible for all food/product matters in the HOH area, staff planning and development, maintaining a safe environment and improving profitability through revenue and labor management. Bar Department Manager – supervises the Bar Department, manages all adult beverage matters, inventory control, Responsible Alcohol Service (RAS) compliance, hiring, training, and development of bar staff. Hospitality Manager – oversees dining room service operations, staff planning, development, and maintains a safe environment. Staff Management – responsible for staffing, succession planning, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training, and ongoing development of department team members. Scheduling & Labor Management – creates weekly department schedules within budgeted labor guidelines, balances team needs with business needs, and administers the semi‑annual merit increase process. Incentives & Motivation – develops incentive programs and contests, actively motivates team members to participate in all company promotions and incentives. Performance Management – provides regular performance feedback, conducts appraisals, and assists the General Manager with coaching other managers on effective performance management procedures. Training & Development – administers and schedules WCT, MIT, and other required training modules; ensures department certification and maintains current state‑required training and permits. Guest Experience & Complaints – manages the Guest Comment program, utilizes the Guest Experience Management (GEM) program to provide feedback and adjust service for overall guest satisfaction. Quality Operations – facilitates product rollouts, ensures recipe adherence and portioning, communicates with vendors, monitors equipment, and enforces food safety practices. Sales & Profitability – manages food and beverage costs, maintains inventory levels, analyzes P&L, sets projections, and troubleshoots problem areas to meet financial targets. Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience, preferably managing a restaurant with a full bar. Passionate and committed to a fast‑paced environment that includes wings, beer, and sports. Team‑focused; champions team members and provides tools for success. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional written and verbal communication skills. High motivation, self‑directed, results‑driven with experience managing multiple priorities. Ability to maintain confidential information and enforce company policies and compliance. High school education or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between units. Successful background check and ability to lift 50 pounds regularly. Completion of the Buffalo Wild Wings Management Certification program.
