Shift Leader - 2401

Restaurant Shift Leader We are looking for an exceptional restaurant shift leader who can manage and motivate team members, exceed company standards of service, food quality, safety, and cleanliness, and recognize team members for a job well done. Position Summary Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager and assist in achieving sales growth through maintaining the highest standard in quality, service, and cleanliness with a focus on profitability. Essential Functions Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. Train and develop crew under the direction of management. Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew. Assist with crew member duties as needed. Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations, procedures, promotions, safety, security, training, etc. Manage labor cost to meet company standards. Control inventory to meet company GAP standard. Maintain reports and records in compliance with state and federal regulations. Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures. Responsible for all cash when in charge of a shift, including bank deposits. Ensure that cash procedures are followed. Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times. Ensure all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures are enforced to provide a safe, compliant environment. Consistently exhibit actions/behaviors that align with BNE’s Vision and Values. Perform other tasks as directed by management. Represent Boddie‑Noell Enterprises, Inc. professionally. Prerequisites Must be 18 years or older. Must meet the physical demands required of the role. Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent. At least 1 year of shift management experience. Ability to pass background check and drug screen. Preferably a valid driver’s license. Love working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
