Product Specialist

Job Title

Qualifications: Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment; capability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively; possess excellent customer service skills; ability to communicate orally and in writing with various levels of internal and external customers; have strong organizational skills and be extremely detail oriented; be self-motivated and able to accomplish tasks with little supervision; have the ability to work in a team environment; basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office; must be comfortable sitting and standing for long periods of time; internet proficient and technology savvy; must be able to meet companys employment requirements; must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, driving record check, and we E-Verify; work schedule around store hours; salary is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience plus monthly bonus.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests in a timely, efficient and friendly manner; showcase purchased vehicles with enthusiasm and knowledge; have a working knowledge of all vehicle models, as well as service and performance enhancers; set up Bluetooth systems and navigation; assist sales consultants with demonstrations of vehicle features when needed; communicate to each guest the importance of the survey while maintaining a positive attitude; assist management and sales staff with additional tasks as needed.
