We are looking for Resident Support & Engagement Specialists who brings professionalism, creativity, and connection to our residents while also supporting their daily care needs. This role blends hands‐on assistance with engagement in activities in a residential home with 5 seniors.
Part Time & Full Time OpeningsSunday 9a-5p, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 7a-3p
Tuesday through Saturday 8a-1p Tuesday through Saturday 3p-9pSunday & Monday 9a-9p
Role Highlights- You will be working with other professionals on your shift, to ensure a great experience for all staff and residents. Provide personal care and comfort‐focused support
- Lead or assist with daily activities, conversation, and companionship
- Assist with ADLs.
- Cooking meals.
- Help maintain a warm, organized, and welcoming home atmosphere
- Experience in assisted living, home care, activities, caregiving, or senior wellness preferred
- Fingerprint card or ability to obtain one.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Caregiver Certification or ability to obtain certification (Paid by company)
