We are looking for a Sr. Creative Strategist to shape high-impact marketing ideas that connect brand storytelling with measurable business results in Los Angeles, California. This position is ideal for a commercially focused marketer who can interpret consumer behavior, performance signals, and market trends to guide content and campaign direction across the full customer journey. You will work cross-functionally with brand, creative, acquisition, and analytics partners to develop messaging and concepts that strengthen awareness, improve consideration, and increase conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Define and refine the creative strategy by combining audience insights, brand priorities, competitive context, and campaign performance findings.

• Build messaging frameworks, campaign angles, and content concepts that translate brand positioning into persuasive consumer communications.

• Map content needs across the funnel so marketing assets support discovery, education, objection handling, and conversion at the appropriate moments.

• Establish stage-specific success measures to evaluate awareness, consideration, and conversion efforts based on the role each asset plays.

• Partner with acquisition and analytics teams to assess paid channel results and identify patterns in winning messages, formats, hooks, and offers.

• Create structured testing plans that explore new ideas while also improving proven concepts through iteration, audience expansion, and format experimentation.

• Use customer feedback, reviews, social listening, service insights, and behavioral trends to uncover motivations, objections, and unmet needs.

• Prepare clear creative briefs and strategic guidance for designers, editors, creators, AI-supported resources, and production partners to ensure execution aligns with insight-driven goals.

• Serve as a guardian of brand consistency while evolving the creative approach to remain distinctive, relevant, and growth-oriented.

• Significant experience in creative strategy, content strategy, or performance-focused brand marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of consumer psychology and the ability to convert insights into effective messaging and campaign direction.
• Demonstrated success developing full-funnel creative strategies that support both brand growth and customer acquisition.
• Proficiency in analyzing paid media performance data, including experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and related reporting tools.
• Skilled in ad copywriting, campaign development, and media or social strategy within a data-informed marketing environment.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and turn complex inputs into clear, actionable creative recommendations.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and judgment when prioritizing concepts to scale, revise, or retire.
