Primary Function
The LifeTech Academy Virtual Mentor establishes, nurtures, and maintains a working relationship with assigned LifeTech Academy mentees. The Virtual Mentor is responsible for timely communication with mentees and the documentation of those communications. The Virtual Mentor attends/actively reviews weekly communications with The Academy.
Essential Duties- To communicate weekly with assigned LifeTech Academy Learners
- Establish weekly goals and plans for course completion
- Establish long-term goals for annual course completion of ten (10) courses per academic year
- To document in detail all Learner communications using provided LifeTech Academy documentation resources
- To complete communication and documentation in the prescribed timeline as established by The Academy Director

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Driven work ethic
- Willingness to participate in management company sponsored professional development
- An ability to meet deadlines and organize multiple tasks
- Strong written communication skills
Compensation
Salary (per 10 mentees) - $5,000 annually
