Mail Sorter/General Labor associate - Fort Worth
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Mail Sorter/General Labor associate to work with a leading logistics provider in Fort Worth. This role involves handling premium consumer goods, specifically Nespresso coffee products. It is a fast-paced, physically active environment perfect for those who enjoy hands-on fulfillment work.
Shift patterns
- Monday to Thursday 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM
Pay rates
- 18.50 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Mail Sorter/General Labor associate
- Experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to stand on your feet throughout the entire shift.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs continuously.
- Strong attention to detail for product verification.
Desirable requirements for Mail Sorter/General Labor associate
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Prior experience in warehouse fulfillment, kitting, or general labor.
- Experience operating handheld RF inventory scanners.
Role for Mail Sorter/General Labor associate
- Inspect, sort, and organize coffee capsule sleeves, machines, and accessories by SKU.
- Use RF handheld scanners to verify serial numbers and quantities for shipping accuracy.
- Assemble coffee bundles and apply appropriate shipping labels.
- Palletize cartons, apply stretch wrap, and stage pallets for trailer loading.
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety guidelines.
Location : Fort Worth.
